For nearly three decades, I built and led Odyssey Early Schools, Inc. into one of Alabama’s most successful privately owned childcare companies, helping guide the early educational journeys of more than 500 children and their families.
What began as a struggling family business grew into a thriving organization employing more than 100 team members and generating annual revenues exceeding $6.3 million.
In 2023, after years of disciplined growth, operational refinement, and strategic execution, I successfully sold the company at one of the strongest EBITDA multiples achieved in the childcare sector that year.
